Tayone is not one to stay idle - the man is involved in a string of new projects since last year including Bungalow Zen (alongside Skizo and Lorenzo Feliciati), I Fluxer (an Italian rap group with Callister and Casti), Rajasful (with Bruno Briscik) and The Stones a live regrouping turntables, MPC, synth, bass, dub programming and visuals.
The Stones have been working together since late December 2005, and are currently finishing their first album. Ahead of this they've been playing a few live gigs, including one in Napoli earlier this year which we've been lucky enough to get some footage from - and we can now share this footage with you.
There are two videos available in the downloads section (scroll to the bottom for the latest additions), giving you an idea of what the group offer - a lovely mix of hip hop, dub and jazz performed with acoustic and electronic instruments. This live show also features visuals.
In addition to the downloads you can also check the videos on our youtube.com page or stream them below. You can also check more music from The Stones' forthcoming album on their myspace page.
And finally keep an ear out for Tayone's other projects - the Bungalow Zen LP is finished, and they are currently looking for a label (anyone reading this who can help feel free to get in touch). You'll be able to check exclusive tracks from the album on the forthcoming Cuts of Culture 2 compilation and Turntable RadioTurntable Radio podcasts. I Fluxer and Rajasful should also be releasing material in late 06/early 07 - again check the myspace pages and websites linked above for more or head over to Tayone's myspace page.
