We've got two videos/trailers of some of the finest Japanese talent today for you to check out.
The first one is from Ninja Tune's forthcoming 'Boys on the Wheel of Steel' bonus DVD which is being released alongside DJ Kentaro's mix of the same name. As we announced a few months ago, the CD/DVD release showcases the incredible talents of Kentaro both in the studio and on the road. Since winning the DMC world title in 2002, Kentaro has been keeping busy, touring extensively and working on various studio bits. So thanks to the lovely guys at Ninja Tune you can now check the very tasty video intro for the mix which is available on the DVD as a bonus.

Remember the CD/DVD will be released in September in Europe, and will be available from the Ninja Shop.

In addition to this, you can also check the trailer for a brand new DVD coming out of Japan, entitled 'Kaikoo'. This DVD primarily features DJ Baku, a well known Japanese experimental tablist who has inspired and worked with Kentaro amongst others. We had the chance to get hold of an advance copy of the DVD and were quite impressed with it. Loaded with material, bonuses and more it showcases sides of the Japanese hip hop and tablist scene which non Japanese rarely get the chance to see. On there you'll find live footage from Baku, Kentaro, Goth Trad, WhaKhaKha, Ske, Ken-One and more alongside in depth interviews with Baku, Kentaro and Goth Trad and appearances from D-Styles and Go (mixologists). As far as we know the DVD is only available from Japan at the moment, through major retailers like HMV. Hopefully we'll have more info in the future on where to get a hold of it.
